Designation: ABM/RBM/ZSM ( Sales- Diagnostics)

Role & Responsibilities:
Responsible for Sales & Marketing across entire zone/state/Area. Knowledge of Rapid Tests. Recruitment & supervising of Sales Executives.

Department: Engineering (Maintenance / Electrical/ Instrumantation).
Designation: DGM/GM (Head – Engineering)
Experience: 18-25 Yrs
Qualification: B. Tech (Mech./ Electr.)
Role & Resposibilities:
1. To spearhead activities entailing development & implementation of mechanism for the smooth operations and maintenance of centralized engineering services, as per GMP & regulatory requirements, viz.,
        A) Power plant, BOP, Electrical systems (33 KV /11 KV), Chillers like VAM/VAM/Screw/Reciprocating, High Pressure Boilers 67 Bar, Civil, HVAC and Water Treatment Plants.
        B) Purified water systems, 33 KV Substation & DG Sets, Process equipment & support facilities, etc.
2. To skilfully handle operations & maintenance, preventive maintenance & calibration of engineering services for fully Automated HVAC, Air Handling Units, Facility Management & plant electrical, mechanical & instrumentation work.
3. Strategising long term planning for infrastructure development of the unit like capability building in terms of CMD / infrastructure, identifying & executing skill development plan for team members using best engineering practices , bench marking , RCA , TPM etc .
4. Regulatory compliances for factory & engineering statutory matters, energy conservation, CDM initiatives & carbon footprint improvement & CO2 reduction; maintaining EHS standards, Permit Systems including LOTO; developing & ensuring implementation of systems, procedures like Plant Preventive Maintenance (PPM), Indices, etc.
5.Ensuring timely and cost effective development of annual contracts for the unit; involving in analysis, evaluation, feasibility of the capability building through CAPEX cycle projects of the unit like productivity enhancement, infra structure development and skill enhancement.

 

Department: Engineering (Maintenance / Electrical/ Instrumantation).
Designation: Dy. Manager/ Manager / Sr. Manager
Experience: 8-15 Yrs
Qualification: B. Tech (Mech./ Electr./ Instrumt.)
Role & Resposibilities:
1. To carryout preventive & breakdown maintenance of factory as per schedule.
2. To make & maintain preventive engineering schedule. Operating the Utility at Optimum Level.
3. To skilfully handle operations & maintenance, preventive maintenance & calibration of engineering services for fully Automated HVAC, Air Handling Units, Facility Management & plant electrical, mechanical & instrumentation work.
4. To do cost reduction by bringing efficiency in the process i.e. process improvements and reducing the cost in the overall system as far as engineering function is concerned.
6. Training and development of sub ordinates to enhance the skills.

 

Department: Quality Assurance (API's)
Position/Designation: AM/ DM/ Manager/Sr. Manager/AGM
Preferred experience: 7 - 15 years
Qualification: M.Sc/ M. Pharma.
Roles and Responsibilities: Candidate must have good exposure in both sterile and oral API manufacturing units (reputed firms preferably manufacturing Cephalosporins / Penems etc.) Thorough knowledge on ICH / EUDRALEX Guidelines and its effective implementation. Faced regulatory bodies (USFDA / EU audits etc.). Thorough knowledge on Qualifications / Validations and cleaning validations

 

Department: Quality Control (API's)
Position/Designation: AM/DM/Sr. Manager/ AGM/ DGM
Preferred experience: 7 - 15 years
Qualification : M.Sc/ M.Pharma
Roles and Responsibilities: Sr. Level position will be  responsible for over all functioning of QC. To overview the testing and release of raw material, packing materials & drug intermediates. To overview the testing of APIs as per approved specifications & STPs. Responsible to provide required documentation support to RA for timely submission of dossiers, product registration & drug licenses. Preferably having sterile experience & Exposure of USFDA , MHRA,TGA Audits etc.Good Knowledge of HPLC, GC, IR, UV Instruments etc.

 

Department: AR&D (API)
Position/Designation: Research Associate/Research Scientist.
Preferred experience: 2 – 5 years
Qualification : M.Sc/ M. Pharma.
Roles and Responsibilities:Candidate should have knowledge of analytical method Development and analytical method validations of various API’s and its intermediates, candidate must have knowledge about documentation as per GLP, calibration of Instruments as per schedule and well versed with Instruments like GC, HPLC, LC-MS etc.

 

Department: Formulation Analytical Research & Development (FARD)
Position/Designation: Research Associate/Research Scientist.
Preferred experience: 2-5 years
Qualification: M. Pharma.
Roles and Responsibilities: Candidate must have good exposure of analysis of finished products i.e tablets, powder for injections, powder for injections, raw material, exciepients by different analytical techniques like HPLC, UV, FTIR etc. Development & Validation of SA, RS & dissolution by HPLCs

 

Department: Regulatory Affairs (API's )
Position/Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive
Preferred experience: 3 - 5 years
Qualification : M.Sc/ M.Pharma
Roles and Responsibilities: Prepration & Compilation of DMF for regulated market (USFDA, EU, WHO & ROW). Prepration of checklist for regulatory submission.Review od documents recieved from R&D, QC,QA, throughout the development of drug substance. Coordination with QA,QC, R&D, Packing, Production Departments for technical data.
